An Out of Commerce Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Wednesday by IFRRO and IFRRO members European Writers’ Council (EWC), the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ), the European Visual Artists (EVA), Federation of European Publishers (FEP) and the International Association of Scientific, Technical & Medical Publishers (STM).
