Le jury du prix de traduction Amédée Pichot a décerné le prix 2011 à Jacques Mailhos pour sa traduction de l'américain de Désert solitaire de Edward Abbey, éditions Gallmeister.

Ce prix est doté de 4,600 euros par la ville d'Arles.
